AivaanTech: An AI Consulting Site and Learning Platform

The challenge

AivaanTech runs two distinct businesses under one brand: AI consulting for organizations (strategic consulting, business solutions, data & AI enablement) and AI Tool Mastery, a hands-on certification for individuals. Each needed its own product — a persuasive consulting site for enterprise buyers, and a genuine learning platform for students and professionals — without the two feeling disconnected.

What we built

aivaantech.com — the consulting and business-solutions site. It introduces AivaanTech's four connected practice areas (Strategic Consulting, Business Solutions, Data & AI Enablement, and AI Mastery Education), routes enterprise visitors toward the right starting point, and answers the objections a B2B buyer actually has before they'll book a call.

learn.aivaantech.com — the AI Academy learning platform. This is a full LMS-style product, not a brochure page:

• A course catalogue built around the AI Tool Mastery certification — 11+ AI tools, 5 modules, one capstone project
• Enrollment and subscription plans, from single-course access to full-catalog mentorship tiers
• A learner dashboard with weekly progress tracking across active modules
• On-demand audio conversion for text lessons, for learning on the move
• Verifiable digital certificates on completion, each with a public verification link learners can share with employers

Technical approach

Both products are built on Next.js with TypeScript, sharing a consistent Tailwind CSS design system so the two sites read as one brand even though they serve very different audiences and page structures — a marketing site optimized for conversion on one side, and a content-heavy learning product optimized for daily return visits on the other.

The result

AivaanTech now runs a two-sided platform: one product that sells AI transformation to organizations, and one that actually delivers AI fluency to individuals — sharing a single, consistent brand experience across both.
